Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Sheaofchel for your self-care party experience! Please review our booking policy before reserving your event. Booking & Retainer A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date and time. Your booking is not confirmed until the retainer has been received. The remaining balance must be paid by the due date provided at booking. Final Payment Final payment is due before your event date. If the remaining balance is not paid by the deadline, Sheaofchel reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the initial retainer. Cancellations All retainers and payments made are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation by the client, payments may not be transferred unless approved by Sheaofchel. Rescheduling One reschedule may be permitted with at least 14 days’ notice, based on availability. Rescheduling requests made less than 14 days before the event are not guaranteed and may require a new retainer. Guest Count Final guest count must be submitted by the deadline provided during booking. Pricing may be adjusted based on the final number of guests. No reductions will be made after the final guest count is confirmed. Arrival & Setup Please ensure the event space is available and ready at the scheduled setup time. Delays in access to the venue or event space may impact the experience and event timing. Travel Fees Travel fees may apply for events outside of Sheaofchel’s standard service area. Any additional travel costs will be discussed prior to booking confirmation. Client Responsibilities The client is responsible for providing accurate event details, including date, time, location, and guest count. Any last-minute changes may affect service availability and event flow. Weather / Outdoor Events For outdoor events, the client is responsible for having a backup indoor option in case of inclement weather. Sheaofchel is not responsible for weather-related interruptions. Right to Refuse Service Sheaofchel reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, inappropriate, or if event expectations fall outside the agreed-upon services. Agreement By booking with Sheaofchel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this booking policy.
